Terms of use

Last updated: 5 October 2026

1. Who provides the app

The quantumecusti app is provided by Ditta La Cibernetica di Luigi Conte, VAT IT04207270754, Via Rosmini 37, 73046 Matino (LE), Italy, info@lacibernetica.it. By using the app or the web version, or by creating an account, you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. What it does and what it costs

The app lets you record data about your vehicles (kilometres, miles or engine hours, fill-ups, expenses, deadlines, checks), calculates what they cost you and reminds you of deadlines and checks. You can use it without an account or create an optional account to sync data across devices, use it from the web version and share a vehicle with other people.

The app and the account are free, and the service is supported by advertising (section 4). If some features later become paid, for example an ad-free subscription, we will tell you first and you will never be charged without an explicit choice on your part.

3. Calculations, conversions and reminders

4. Offers, advertising and affiliate links

5. Your data

Without an account the data you enter stays only on your device (see the privacy policy): we don't keep a copy and can't recover it if you lose your phone, uninstall the app or clear its data. Use the file backup to make a safety copy.

With an account, data is also saved on our server. We do our best to protect and preserve it, but we can't guarantee it will never be lost: we still recommend making a file backup from time to time.

6. Account

7. Shared vehicles

8. Proper use

Don't use the app unlawfully and don't try to modify, decompile or circumvent its protections, except where the law allows it. Don't use the app while driving, don't enter other people's data without the right to do so and don't try to access other accounts' data. You may not use the app if the laws of your country forbid it, including sanctions and export laws.

9. Availability and changes

The app is provided free of charge, as is and as available. We work to make it run well, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free, compatible with every device or fit for a particular purpose. The server and web version may have interruptions, for example for maintenance. We may update the app, change its features or stop distributing it; if we had to close the account service, we would give you reasonable notice so you can save your data.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits, loss of data or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the app, from partner offers or from external websites. This limitation does not apply where the law doesn't allow it, in particular for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for personal injury and for the rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your country that cannot be excluded.

11. App downloaded from the App Store or Google Play

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we publish the new version here with its update date; significant changes will be shown to you in the app. If you don't agree, you can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live and, where the law provides for it, the jurisdiction of the courts of your place of residence. Before going to court please write to us: we will try to solve the problem together. If any clause of these terms turns out to be invalid, the others remain in force.
