How to delete your data

The account is optional: without an account your data exists only on your phone, and to delete it you just delete it there. With an account, your vehicles are also on our server so they can be synced across devices: you can delete the account and all linked data at any time, directly from the app.
1. If you have an account: delete it from the app
In the app, or in the web version at quantumecusti.com/app, go to Account and tap Delete account, then confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent: the account (email, password) and all linked vehicles, fill-ups, expenses, deadlines and checks are deleted from our server. We keep no copy, so they cannot be recovered.
The data saved on the phone (if you use the app, not the web version) is not affected by this: it stays there, just no longer synced. To delete that too, see point 2.
2. Deleting the data from the phone
Android:
- Open Settings and then Apps
- Choose quantumecusti
- Tap Storage and then Clear data, or uninstall the app
iPhone: touch and hold the quantumecusti icon, tap Remove App and then Delete App.
Deletion is immediate and permanent: vehicles, fill-ups, expenses, deadlines and checks are deleted, together with the store's encryption key. We have no copy, so they cannot be recovered. If you had an account, it stays on the server until you delete it as in point 1.
